in fact, i want my site to be plain html, so it can even be viewed using Netscape 3.
i'm mostly interested in a nice visual design, not web technology.

sure, ssi is only a server side type of copy/paste, and it makes things like navigation on every page a bit easier to make.

and to repeat myself: check my homepage, if u like it we can talk further.

edit: oh, and do u plan to keep that green flashing logo? :cool:

yea, the navigation bars are a must, and the switching gifs from left are very nice, but this scripts aren't supported by old browsers...

you should keep a consistent theme across all DSPguru pages to help brand your quality software. you need to define global properties that relate to your content.
example:

<software id="Besweet" version="1.4b23">
<description>BeSweet is an awsome 'all-in-one' tool for audio transcoding. BeSweet can backup your DVD's audio into MP3/MP2/OGG/AIFF/WAV & CD.</description>
<features>...</features>
<updates><!--ZoomPlayer Style!--></updates>
<download file="besweet14b23.zip"/>
</software>

simple yet exactly the information you need to provide for each peice of software, the rest is as easy as adding <faq><question>....</answer></faq> later on.

i've started writing a credits (http://besweet.notrace.dk/credits.htm) page.
well, it's really a partial list, and there's a lot of people who still aren't mentioned. but i will keep updating this page.

Cheers :),

back in the days when i played bass in a black-metal band, we released a demo-album, and on the cover we had scary pictures of the band members, lyrics, and thank-you list + f-you list.
