What would be the point? It's already authored. Maybe you just want IfoEdit or IfoUpdate to make some changes.
Or, if all you want to do is burn it as is, just use a burner program like Nero, Gear, or RecordNow Max.
mpucoder: So you're saying just use Nero, Gear, or RecordNow Max" and burn it? See the thing is my vob is all from different DVD not just one. So the Ifo is not the same. So is there a way or a program let me make my own ifo. So something that would let me burn each of my vob as a chapter and play on standalone DVD.???

What you're proposing is not possible, Ekin. Think of the VOB files as like very complex ZIP files. The IFO files inform systems what is in the VOB files and how to properly access the different parts. There is no way to take disparate ZIP files and have their internal components function as one cohesive program. By the same token, there is no way to mix and match VOB and IFO files and have them function.
The authoring process is what takes the different video and audio streams and forms the IFO's and VOB's. You will need to check the guides and follow the process on using some of the ripping programs in order to extract the video and audio streams you want. From there, you can rearrange things how you want and re-mux the files into new VOB and IFO files that will work properly.

Is the process of muxing and remuxing that is done while authoring a dvd changing the actual video/audio data? Or is it just a mere re-arrangment. So that i can burn my vobs on a authored video dvd and later rip it again without any loss in quality although the files itself changed in the meantime?
2)
Are there restrictions to which kind of vobs i can combine on a dvd or not? Like, can i combine dvds with different pictures sizes, as there seem to be at least two variations.
3)
Is there a tool which can give me insight on a vob file if it complies with the dvd standards (like, if it's useable for an NTSC or a PAL dvd) so i can check which of my vobs are burnable as is and which might need a reencode/transcode
4)
Maybe someone has already got experience with burning vobs/mpeg2 music videos on a compilation dvd with a simple main menu but without reencoding/transcoding them and can give me some advices.

Muxing will not change the content of video or audio frames. You will not loose quality

Taken from The Unofficial DVD Specifications Guide
http://www.dvd-replica.com/DVD/index.php :
...A group of related video titles having similar display format (standard screen or wide screen) or aspect ratio comprises a video title set (VTS)...
Although I have seen DVD's that contain PGCs with different video/audio formats within the same VTS I think you should generally avoid this practice. Group all "similar" video/audio clips together, make a ROOT menu for them and put them into a same VTS. Finally make a TITLE menu for acessing individual VTS ROOT menus.
Hope this helps
