Where can I get Pulldown.exe? And is this the best way to get an authoring app to except an m2v file encoded with CCE at 23.976?

Go to the 'S/VCD Tools' section of the download page at http://doom9.org

And, as far as I know, this is the best way to 'flag' your file to make it acceptable by authoring apps.

How do you get Pulldown.exe to work with Windows XP? Unfuckingbelievable in this day and age a program would have to run from a command prompt, I'm not a Linux guy and this is freaking me out. Whats the procedure to do this?

No I take that back, I'm not sorry, Pulldown.exe said it was doing the pulldown thing, went through the whole file, and now Maestro is having a hissy fit like my wife has 3 days a month, what the hell is going on?

Ok, I got it working. I download the GUI for Pulldown.exe and it made things a lot easier, everything is ok now
