Everytime I slide the "quality level" of the postprocessing settings all the way to the left, it gets moved back to the middle once I restart my computer. Why is this the case? My computer can handle the default post processing level for "quality level" in the middle. How do I keep it at minimal? (DIVX PRO 5.02) Does anyone know how to keep it at minimal? It's really annoying having to move the slider everytime I watch a movie. Someone please help me!

You can edit the registry to set the default postprocessing level.
Class:
"HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\DivXNetworks\DivX4Windows"
Key:
"Postprocessing"
Set the key to 0 to turn it off.

I also found that sometimes settings made from Media Player will change to default again. Other than editing the registry, try opening the configuration through the Divx codec configuration symbol in the start menu. This does the trick for me.
