Remuxing.

I am trying to make a backup!! of Something about Mary,

After stripping the streams the film is still oversize.

so i think i must demux the mpeg and compress it with rempeg.

I did this once before and with "the Martins" and teh movie stuttered on several frames (when re-muxed with ifoedit.)

Does anyone know if ifoedit has been fixed for this error.
I dont want to use an authoring piece of software.

Doe anyone know another way of remuxing so this problem doesnt occur.

I would be grateful if someone could answer the question.

It has not been fixed yet. I used Scenarist to remux and it got rid of the stuttering issues.

I have heard (Through the grapevine) that the earlier version of ifoedit 0.89 will remux the m2v file okay... does ne1 know if this is true ????
