MPEG2DEC2.DLL: crash with DVD2AVI 1.77.3

Jackei has changed the d2v project structure on last version of DVD2AVI.
Now on P4 Avisynth with MPEG2DEC2.DLL (trbarry's for P4) crashes

"Unrecognized Exception" :(

Anybody analyzed the problem?

Did he provide another MPEG2DEC.dll that it does work with?

I didn't found anything to MPEG2DEC.DLL last week.
And now the link to his website is broken. :(
But I could save the sources, if you need it let me know.

Jackey changed the structure of the d2v file in this version so it's no more compatible with any mpeg2dec.dll existing.
If you want to use mpeg2dec or mpeg2dec2 (for P4) just use v1.77.1.
