burning svcd mpg

whats the best way to burn a svcd thats still in mpg and not bin/cue.. i usually use nero(drag mpg over to svcd side).. but maybe i shouldnt be.. if anyone could plz lemmy know would be great thx.. main reason cause i just burned a xsvcd and it plays fine on dvd player but my GOTO button doesnt work(few svcds ive burned GOTO doesnt work).. so pain in ass if i want to scroll through the video since i didnt put in chapters takes too long :D

Hi Norco,

I use VCDEasy (freeware, multilanguage, see Doom9 for download) and it's very easy to work with. Just drag your MPGs into it and you can also create chapters in every which way (timestamp, fix number, fix range, ...) - if the integrated CDRDAO burning prog works with your burner it's a really cool tool. :cool:
