Problems inserting chapter list into Maestro!

When I go to import a .chp file from chapter extractor into Maestro I keep getting the following error: I-Frame insertion entry frame is not consistant with current tape frame rate! What the hell gives?

Did you encode your video as drop-frame?

Chapters from xtractor only seem to import if the video is non-drop. You can change it with the pulldown program available on the download page.

well, its just m2v files and ac3 files right from the DVD, I didn't need to encode
