hello, can some explain the ratio for me, i encoded half my movies but i dont rememeber the ratio i used, and the other half i encoded in anamorphic no borders encoded in 16:9. the anamorphic one stretch the picture on a 4:3 tv almost full screen. But now i have a new widescreen tv, i wont have the new tv till the 20th so i cant test it, but i was wondering when i play the anamorphic encodes on my new widescreen tv with the imgae play as 16:9 full screen? and my otherhalf of encodes that i forget i encoded them in, when i play them on a 4:3 telly, it plays in the middle of the screen, so will those movies play full screen on my new widescreen?
and with my wide screen tv what ratio should i be encoding in
4:3(no borders encoded as 4:3)
16:9(borders added encoded as 4:3)
anamorphic(no borders encoded as 16:9)
