First of all sorry for my bad english.
I have encoded Episode I using GKnot and DivX 3.11. I made it to fit 2*800 Mb cdr's. Quality is great, no doubt but one thing makes me wonder: when it is a still scene and the camera starts move slowly to the left or to the right all the picture (especially it is greatly can be seen on small objects) starts to blur or slower or something like that so that i just cant describe it correctly in english. I wanted to attach the picture but it turned out that its useless and cant help in evaluating the problem.
Maybe i have to make some configuration moves in Nundub or in codec settings? Maybe there are some motion or something options that i dont know? I did everything like in GKnot guide is written.
Please help.

Yeah, you're absolutely right! Choppy is a right word here.
So what do I do?

Is it PAL or NTSC ?

If it's NTSC, have you deinterlaced it, or have you decimated it (ivtc)?
I'm asking because the effect you described happens when you deinterlace ntsc telecined material without ivtc'ing. A few frames are progressive, then comes one or two deinterlaced frames. The deinterlaced frames look a bit more blurry than the others, and so picture kind of "pumps" (blurry, sharp, blurry, sharp...).

If you did ivtc it, then I'd try other ivtc settings and/or filters. With some settings, slow camera movements become choppy (too many frames deleted, I guess), with others you still have too many deinterlaced frames in between and you get what I described above.

If your source is PAL, forget about this (it's much better not to have telecined material!)

Thanx man!
I guess you're right. I'll try do implement your recommendations as soon as it possible. I didnt do IVTC at all - i guess that's my problem.
