Hey,
Im still in search to "how to force drf at a certain low lvl without makin the size bigger", I accidently encoded that way once which i cant find my way back to how i did that. This is the report of the tokyo mew mew encode:

This was only 1pass and had no stats or ecf.

Lum:10/5
Bias
Span/Sens: 15 CM: 30
Guage: 30/35/80
DRF:2-5
Min/Max DRF: 2-9

If sum1 could help me find back my settings how to force most frames to drf without increasing filesize much and keep the quality is much appriciated. Thx in advance.
