Dazzle II is "Real MPEG2" King

Using advice from Spawn`s Dazzle II Page (http://www.spawns.dk/svcd/) i mannaged to install & flawlessly capture Video to mpeg2
without frameloss and no sync isues !

cpu utilization when having video preview is always +/- 100% according to forums & couple sites..

mine case cpu utilization is in 45-55 range :D

Capture tests using indipendent "DAZZLE CAPTURE" software

720x480 @ 29.97 5 Mbps/44 kHz @ 224 kbps No Problem
720x480 @ 29.97 3 Mbps/44 kHz @ 224 kbps No Problem
480x480 @ 29.97 2.5 Mbps/44 kHz @ 224 kbps No Problem
352x480 @ 29.97 2.5 Mbps/44 kHz @ 224 kbps No Problem
352x480 @ 29.97 3.5 Mbps/44 kHz @ 224 kbps No Problem

also did some LONG capture from DSS

1h 30 min = no lipsync issue
1h 55 min = no lipsync issue

next test will be burning some samples to DVD / SVCD /CVD /VCD without remuxing/changing transport to program streem
