New improved Ogg Vorbis compiles at Robero's RareWares site

Ogg Vorbis getting improved in this last days, there are bitrate/quality optimizations :D on the way.
At high quality factors (-q > 5) the bitrate drop is about 10-14%!!!
Quality has been much improved especially at very low -q values, now try yourself -q0!!

All recent binaries (20020630) compiled with Intel Compiler 6.0 + fast Intel Math Lib (!) by John33 at Roberto's RareWares site

I use oggmachine but I don't have any libvorbis.dll on my system :confused:
actually I can find vorbis.dll and vorbisenc.dll on my system
do I have to substitute them to try the new binaries?
