Just wonder could I rip SACD or DVD-Audio with the same way as DVD?

I know you cannot rip a DVD-Audio or at least the DVD-audio part of the disc. The DVD-video part which is usually there, is normal dvd for backward compatibility.
The other format I don't know about...

Well I don't know for SACD as I haven't tried it yet. However DVD-Audio should not be a problem ... the layout is the same compared to an DVD-Audio except that here the AUDIO_TS folder is used with files.
I haven't tried it myself but it should work.

I got one acronym for you - CPPM. It's going to be tough, if not impossible, to crack. Also, the audio layout is not the same as video, too different to describe in one post.
This is how confusion and misinformation start, by making statements without any experience or research into the subject. I don't want to sound too harsh, but we value the quality of information presented in this forum. Please keep conjecture to yourself.

Control+F, enter in CPPM and press enter.
Will give you a great history of the whole thing straight from their side. In fact, that entire transcript is quite interesting. Read up.
Knowing your enemies and their arguments can always be beneficial.
