mpeg2 field order..?

are there any way of swapping the field order in an mpeg2 (svcd) stream without re-encoding it?

if i got you right the answer is yes...
you can do it with restream...(only unmuxt streams)
or with easy changer(.mpeg streams)

maybe dod search for it...
