I killed all ifo's files from hard drive by accident. Only vob's left. How can I recover them? Or it's impossible?

You could try a method where the .ifo file is not needed at all. For example, frameserving via DVD2AVI does not require an .ifo file.

I need a copy of DVD with a menu, sub-t, etc. Can I recover that stuff from vob files?

If your movie doesn't use special feature like multiangles or seamless branching (ex : Matrix, follow the white rabbit feature) you can do what you want.
The only thing you don't have is chapter information.
But you have menu, subtitles (whithout ifo you don't know which stream is in which language but just try and you will find rights one), different audio stream.

A feature of The Matrix DVD -- Uses multiangle, lets you branch to various "making of..." featurettes.
