What is going on with this page. It seems not to respond. Well i'm trying to find another alternative site but there isn't any.

If possible , could anybody send me Tweak v1.3 plugin that i'm looking for(or any newer version if any)?

You can try my version of it, Logo-Lite (http://members.verizon.net/~vze3kkvm/logo-lite/Logo-lite.zip).

I removed a couple features that I never used (animated bitmaps, tolerance), simplified the frame range/fade controls, it reads the transparent color from the bottom-leftmost pixel of the bitmap, and if you put _x_X_y_Y_ in the bitmap filename it auto sets the x,y for you, so for example "blah_x_400_y_50_.bmp" would be set to (400,50).

If you need the original version, I should be able to dig it up for you, might not be the most current version though.
