divx 5.02 pro codec not visible in Vdub

It works fine with Gordian knot but I cannot see it in the list of codecs in virtualDub.
Anyone know how to fix this?

If it works, then it must be there. Are you sure yer lookin' in the right place? Alt..Video..Compression. I have:(Uncompressed RGB)
Cinepak Codec by Radius
DivX ;-) MPEG-4 Fast-Motion
DivX ;-) MPEG-4 Low-Motion
DivX Pro 5.0.2 Codec
Huffyuv v2.1.1

.You can also check codecs in the control panel, either the "multimedia" or "sounds and multimedia" applet, depending on Windows version: click on Hardware, then expand the Video Compression Codecs section.

Yes I have looked in the right place, been using VDub for years.
It is present in the control panel video codecs section, and as I said it works in G knot, it just doesn't appear in vdub.
