As title. I can see where I set the title menu but not the root? Quick answer appreciated.

Go to the connections of your video and set the "Chapter 1:Menu Key" to the menu you want to be the root menu. This menu will now be the "Root Menu" with the "Title Menu" being whatever you assign it to from the overall project's connections.
