Hi,

I'm trying to create a SVCD with MPEG5.1 audio. After I-Author created the .CIF image file, CDMage is started to convert the .CIF to .BIN/CUE.
CDMage opens the .CIF file and gives the following error message:
"File length doesn't match sector boundry"

-1- I've had this problem with three DVD's...I think i'm doing someting wrong...anyone a suggestion ??

I-Author muxer has made the .MPS-file from the .MPV and .MP2 file.
DVD2SVCD must use I-Author to create MPEG5.1 audio SVCD.

-2- Does anyone know a way to continue from that point where i got the .MPS file and make burnable image files without using I-Author as image file maker ??

Thanks in advance!

About CDMage issue + 1), I don't know.

About 2), you can manually run I-Author muxer with PS option checked, in order to generate standard MPEG output. Then rename the .ps output file to the existing .mpg file (of course delete or rename the old one before), restart DVD2SVCD from crash recovery, Authoring step and select VCDXbuild to create your image file.

You are using the wrong version of CDMage, read the Q&A or the FAQ, there you will find the correct version you need (it was a beta as far as I remember)
