You can do this in the tools section of TMPGEnc. I do not know how accurate the join will be, though. If you are looking for a frame accutate join, then maybe VDub will do, though the output is in AVI format, I believe.

Thanks,for answer!
maybe I had not so good explain what I whant exactly, but ok!, I do to explain once again.
I have three(3)different MPG-files(SVCD)
1. bbmpeg_muxed_file00.mpg = 160mb
2. bbmpeg_muxed_file01.mpg = 250mb
3. bbmpeg_muxed_file02.mpg = 320mb
which was create with DVD2SVCD program,
I would like to have only one single file, which also MPG-SVCD file becomes! How I can to bind these 3-files together?
Thanks

First, make sure you have TMPGEnc installed. Run TMPGEnc, and select the mpeg tools option from the file menu. You will see a dialog pop up. Go to the last tab, the one that says Merge & Cut. Click on the add button, and add all the files (in order), and then click on the run button. TMPGEnc will merge all three files together. I hope that this was explicit enough.

Oh, one more thing. Specify a filename for the merged file, like output.mpg, or something.

At least the audio bitrates should be the same ... probably the video should be of the same type, too ... i.e. either all VBR or all CBR ... also 1 audio stream max., no optional subtitles (they would be lost).
