I wanted to use the LAME GUI in order to compress some AUDIO WAV’s to MP3 but there are so many options and I do not know which options to use!
Could someone attach a profile that he is using?
Or let me ask you about some of them and tell me your opinion!

Operational Options:
-Mode??
ATH Options:
-GPSYCHO?
-ATH Type?
PSY Options
-Exp. PSY?
Filter Options
-Keep ALL freq?
any other recommendations?
CBR, ABR or VBR?

Please tell me what to do!
Should I use any other program/GUI?

Well, I use the RazorLame GUI.
There is nothing really particular to choose.
CBR or ABR or VBR, this will be your preference, I prefer CBR what ever other people say, since CBR encoding is fastest and gives good quality anyway (no matter what theory says or not), and I prefer using Stereo whenever I can, whatever they say about how good Joint Stereo is or not! (encoding goes even faster using Stereo instead of Joint Stereo)
My settings for CBR encoding:

128k - Joint Stereo - Optimization: Quality - Lowpass filtering: 16KHz (there is no way to use Stereo here, since the bitrate is quite low)

160k - Stereo - Opt.: Quality - LF: 18KHz

192k or higher - Stereo - Opt.: Quality - LF: 20KHz

you should be using these if you're interested in quality at all:
