Hi,
First, please bear with me; this is a G'Knot question. I've been trying to resolve a subtitle out of synch problem. First two attempts the subs are ~ 20 secs late. Rerip subs, read docs, manual resynch subs as described by inserting time for first and last subs. Now times are about 3-5 secs early at beginning and 3-5 secs late at the end. Notice frame count in G'Knot about 18xxxx, but in the txt file generated by SmartRipper the frame count is something like 17xxxx. Could this be part of the problem- the differences between the values? Since I'm burning the subs as a part of the image (it's a simpler solution for people borrowing the vids ) this process of trial and error is getting rather time consuming. I've also tried previewing them while generating the .avs file, but I haven't been sucessful generating a video that was watchable enough to check on the synch issues. I'd appreciate any suggestions. Hey not that kind!:sly:
