How to add audio to a movie(*.avi)??

I just finished encoding JP 3,but due to my error,I didn't add the audio too.i guess that I'll have to rip the movie once again,but after that,what am I going to do with the ac3 file?I use GKnot,and.of course,rip with smartripper.

No, you don't need to encode again!
Use NanDub to mux your AVI with your AC3 or MP3 file, that's all! -.-
