You found help, it's all here.

Just call on your OCR procedure (prabably called reading in your OS), which should be hard wired into your carbon main processor...:).

Perhaps in a few years, we can mentally operate your tentacles, but not yet...

hint: There is a search button, and the magic words are svcd vcd conversion.
