Hello,
I am using the SnagIt screen capture tool. Whenever I take a capture of a paused video file, the capture is a black box. I downloaded the video off a website that had a thumbnail of it, so they somehow were able to do it, so I know it's possible? Why won't it work for me? Is there a batter capture program, or does this have to do with codecs?
