Hi

I am experiencing problems ripping audio from dvd's . I use flask mpeg and xmpeg and have a radium codec installed and functioning ok in control panel. In flask mpeg the audio parts of the program are greyed out, when i go into options on divx there is a list of audio codecs and i chose mp3 one. When i press FLASK! the box comes up again but with no audio codecs in it? I have reinstalled soundcard tna. Any ideas?? Athlon xp 1500 256ddr win xp. Ive reinstalled flask also.

Cheers
J

Just my opinion, but why don't you just use DVD2AVI to extract the audio files from the DVD (vobs). That would result in an AC3 audio file, then you can use the guides located on this web site to simply convert your AC3 audio into an mp3 or a wav.

Also just my opinion, using FlaskMPEG is WAAAAAY outdated, especially if you're trying to encode divX files. Spend some time and learn GordianKnot, it'll change your life :D
