I know a frame of video is made up of two interlaced fields, like frame 1 might be made up of 1a (upper field) and 1b (lower field). My question is, when you capture, is it possible that the frames can get hosed up in such a way that frame 1 is made of 1b and 2a?
The reason I ask is that I captured something with timecode displayed on the screen, and the last digit (the frame number) is always "overlapping" with the next number. Like 1 and 2 are both displayed at the same time, then 2 and 3 and so on. I've tried reversing the field order in Premiere, but no luck.
