MP3 on VCD Discs

I read somewhere that its possible to use TMPGEnc to encode an audio only VCD that squeezes up to 8 hours of MP3 on a VCD that can play back on most DVD players.

Does anyone know if this is possible and if so, how do you actually do it?

Just to correct its mp2...

There are templates available at vcdhelp.com

You use tmpgenc and encode them system(audio+video) but input only the audio file...
