Recently I have changed from sending a stereo output from my sound card to an external Pro-Logic decoder, to sending six channels from my sound card to a five channel amplifier.
The problem is that I can no longer get surround sound from my TV tuner. My sound card doesn't appear to be able to decode analogue surround in any shape or form.
Is there any software solution to this? Some program that could take the two channel output from my TV tuner, perform Pro-Logic decoding, and map the resulting channels to five channels of my sound card?
