TMPGEnc Plus Version 2.55 - stream type

When using DVD2SVCD & TMPGEnc Plus Version 2.55, does the "stremm type setting have to be set for System (Video & Audio )???

i had all the setting loaded & save correctly before i upgrade & purchased TMPGEnc Plus 2.55, & i am almost sure that it was checked on my last version...do these saved settings from a previous version take effect if updating versions or do you have to reset them all???

also seems like the new version is slower than 2.5a...possible?

Yes to "system".
The new version seems just fine to me, although I have a fairly speedy system, so a difference of ten minutes to me might be a few hours on older computers.
Always check your preferences before encoding to prevent errors.
