I've just installed DVD2SVCD for the first time and followed Doom9's guide on conversion. However, almost as soon as I have clicked the 'Go' button, it switches to the log screen, says "Analysing Subtitles" and then crashes...
I have checked and double checked everything (so I believe) and had a look through the forum, but no-one seems to have had this problem. Recover doesn't work either.
Harry Potter Region 2 NTSC Japanese...
I'm running WinXP, if that makes a difference...
