adding a VOB

I've been using double sided DVD-5 to make copies of my movies. I created a "Turn DVD over" vob that I wanted to add at the end of Side A. How do I include this vob with the others?

Thanks for the reply. I thought it would be something easy. Think I'll just turn the DVD over when the picture stops moving.:D
