ok ...
the thing is that, when i see the divx file i don't display the full image it have, it just displays the center and don't display the upper and lower part of the image, and i can't read subs(if it is subbed), any way, i can't fix that.

And yeah, i already tried, windows media player, divx players, alpha something, real player

on virtual dub it looks good, but it displays this msg:

VirtalDub has detected an improper VBR audio encoding in the sourse AVI file and will rewrite the audio header with standard CBR values during processing for better compatibility. This may introduce up to 64ms of skew from the video stream if this is unacceptable, decomptrees the *entire* audio stream to an uncompressed WAV file and recompress with a constant bitrate encoder. (bitrate: 128.0 != 1.4kbps)

phew

Virtual Dub does not support VBR MP3. Nandub does, and we use it for combining DivX video with VBR MP3 Audio.

It does not answer that question. Apparently, I can't. If you've removed the video codec already from your "Sounds and Multimedia" in the Control Panel, which you've already done ... then the codec should be removed. If re-installing 5.02 doesn't solve your problem ... then it is likely that it isn't the codec that is causing your problem.
