vob's to svcd

I have a PowerDVD XP 4.0 cd. On it are Dolby Digital videos in vob format, sitting in a folder. I would like to create an svcd with them. There are about six. How can I get the vob's to mpeg or avi? I know how to do the rest from there. Thank you very much.
