New Home Theater Projector

Hi All,

Just thought I'd post this coz I'm pretty stoked about it:D

I bought a new projector for my home theater on the weekend. I got a DreamVision Starlight DL 500, and I got it at nearly half price coz a new model is coming in. This model has been around for a while now, but the image quality still leaves all the newer models I had a demo of in my price range for dead! It's gonna be great playing games, wathing movies, and what ever else I can put through it, all on a 130" display:D

I have to get an electrician in because of the hang down light in the room gets in the way, and I need it raised closer to the roof. I'll post a picture as soon as it's all setup. I'll see if I can put a small DivX up on my site too as a still picture just doesn't do it justice. This thing has no visable scan lines or rainbows which have always been a problem with most DLP based projectors.

I picked up my projector tonight:D! 140" of viewing goodness! I haven't go a screen or anything yet, so I've just set it up against the wall for now, still quite good though! To give you gauge, that is a 68cm (approx 27") TV at the bottom of the picture.
