Distributed encoding using Vidomi

Has anyone tried the distributed encoding feature in Vidomi, and if so, how well does it work? Does it create equal sized jobs on all the computers (the quickest one is a 2gig p4, the slowest one an 800 duron...) or does it create them according to how quick they are?

Does it continuously stream data, or send it across once?

What do people think of Vidomi in general compared to gknot?
