How do extract to an .ifo the subtitles for the extras that come with the movie??? Is that actually possible?

I assume, based on your other threads, soniv, that you use GKnot, so I'll assume you're using SmartRipper, too.
"Extras" on DVD can appear two ways:
1) As separate program chains (separate titles on the same DVD, usually):
Open the DVD with SmartRipper. Select Movie mode, as usual. Angle 1 of Program chain 1 will be automatically selected. All you need to do is select a different program chain, and proceed with your rip. Note: Often these other program chains are not "extras" but are leaders or advertising. You'll have to sort through them in the DVD2AVI step.
2) As alternative angles in the main program chain:
Open the DVD with SmartRipper. Select Movie mode, as usual, then select Angle 2, 3, etc., and proceed with your rip.
The "extras" are now embedded in the main content. Audio and subs associated with this version of the content will be included.
