Capture aiw 32 mb pci(rage) pal -m not good

hi all
i have a big trouble with my video card
Ati aiw 128pro pci 32mb.
i need some help...
when i capture pal tapes i have some white flashes(like fade out) in all movie.it not happens when i capture from tv turner.
im using mmc 7.5 capturing from sharp vcr 4 head.
ill apreciate any help..
