Refuses to Capture

I used to have a D-Link Webcam and a ATI Rage Fury Pro 3D/Capture card. Virtual dub was able to capture from any of them perfectly. Recently I replaced the AGP rage card with a GeForce3, and I got a PCI ATI TV Wonder VE. Now when I select AVI capture in Vdub it says that it cannot find any capture devices or drivers. Any ideas?

I heard someone telling me about VFW wrappers, but the FAQ that he included with them was for Windows 2000 only, I have Windows 98SE. Will these work with 98se?

The isntaller didnt say anything about restarting my pc but they don't seem to work, am I supposed to restart or are they just plain not working? Becasue it wouldent be a good time for me to restart at the moment.
