I'm a new user to a scenarist and hopefully some one can help me (tutor me ) about this great software
here is my issue i have a 3 mpeg2 files:
1. One that contains entrance movie with language selection ,submenu and scene selection for all 3 languages

2. Second the movie

3. Additional scenes and extras

now my question is this how can i split that entrance movie to a sections for example

First play:
choose language english
submenu displays in english where :
1.play movie
2.select section (english)
3. extras

if i select english sections it goes to time 12.22.20 on the movieand plays english sections on the first movie.
(is that a Cell)

Great forum Thanks for any responses

It sounds like your assets are all mixed together in video files.

They need to be broken into separate pieces then registered in Scenarist.

Once you get this far post again and I'll try to help more.

you may just want to make bitmaps with photoshop to use as menus

but you might be able to use the mpeg-2 video that you have by bringing it into scenarist and then adding chapters in the track editor then in the scenario editor you would drag the seprate chapters into the seprate menu pgcs.

bu adding chapter to the editor do you mean creating new scene which splits thempeg2 by the seconds ?
or something Else
