I'm curious if anyone has any experience with this software? Is there any reason I would prefer the Production version over the Standard version?

I have production bumdle. But I'm a begginer.I was talkin to one of Adobe's teck's the other day and they were telling me a few names of movies (which I forgot :D) that were half made with production bundle.I guess it has more features or somethin.
So anyways I went for Production bundle. But I am looking forward to be a pro in it.;)

Hi TRILIGHT,

Straight from the Adobe site -

"After Effects is available in two versions. The Standard version provides core compositing, animation, and effects tools. The Production Bundle contains all of these tools plus 16-bit color support, vector paint capabilities, network rendering, and additional powerful keying, motion control, visual effects, 3D channel, and audio tools. Any new shrinkwrap license of the Production Bundle and the Standard to Production Bundle upgrade also includes the Zaxwerks 3D Invigorator Classic, a plug-in designed for easily producing broadcast and film quality 3D graphics (not included in any other upgrades or any Education purchases)."

There are some nice tutorial movies on this page, well worth checking out -
