I had some video that I sped up 10-20x to make a timelapse effect, except it was taken indoors with electrical lights. Speeding the video up made the disparity between the electricity's frequency and my camcorder's frame rate painfully clear as you could definitely notice the light levels in the room fluctuating on a 20-or-so frame cycle.
Using TemporalSoften2, I set the radius to be about 9 or 11 frames, set the luminance tolerance high at 14, chroma tolerance low at 4. This completely got rid of the fluctuating lights! Neat!
