It's an analog recorder, use it as you would any rs-170 (composite analog video) device.

Do you know how much it's worth?
There is a used one for sale (Sony) $250.00 and i'm lookin forward to buy it.And it's just a Player.And all I need is a player.

I have no idea what the value of one would be, but what will you use it for? The tapes aren't easy to find (except in public libraries and TV stations that have been around for awhile)

Well, I have a client who has shot Music Videos.And their master is on 3/4" U-Matic and there next one is going to be on 3/4" U-Matic also.And I was thinking about offering them DVD Authoring/Premastering Services.:)

Kewl - if it is one of the models that can use an rm300 or rm400 remote (see connector picture) I have the pinouts somewhere, along with an computer interface (I think). This is just for positioning.
