Cannot import chapters in maestro

Never had a problem before,but now it says 0 chapters imported,when using capterXtrac the only difference is that I'am using m2v file from smart ripper,not one that I've encoded.
I did search the forums..:(

Just pull it down with pulldown.exe as -drop_frame false flage...
