I have used, I'm using and I will use BeSweet because this tool is very easy, fast, direct (float :D)) and full featured (can also load Roberto's LIBVORBIS.DLL very fast and pre-echo improved ;)).
I have found a comparison article with HeadAC3he at Everwicked (http://www.everwicked.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=1096) site, does DSPguru know if there is anything little worse with BeSweet's routines??

the criticism about BeSweet's quality in that article is only relevant to one specifiec mode of BeSweet, where BeSweet is noticeably faster than HeadAC3he :D.
there's more info on the link Acaila posted.
in case you're too lazy to read that long thread, i'll leave you with a short comment about this article :
"A collaboration between everwicked & DarkAvenger."
