AC3 Problem: Awesome Video, Audio out of synch

I have followed the DVD guides on Doom9.
Got the .M2v file and the .AC3(From DVD2AVI) Delay -92ms

When I play the movie the sound is about a half a second off.

I figure this is the -92ms delay but am not sure what direction to go next.

I have looked at AC3machine, Nandub and others but have not found the correct way.

I have completed the 2Pass for video and just need to get the audio synch to be complete. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Guides worked great, Batman down to 1.1GB Video and 355MB Audio with hardly any Video Quality loss. THANKS FOR THE GUIDES......

Mux it with NanDub and put the delay in as the guide explains. Don't forget the interleave settings also. Start with something like 256preload/96ms.
