Best sub $100 capture Card?

I'm doing some computer updating soon and right now I use my Radeon 64mb ddr VIVO for video capturing. I'm going to be selling that card and buying a Radeon 8500, which doesn't have VIVO. I need a pci card that way when I update my PC again I can keep the same card and not have to worry about getting another one. There is no need to get a expensive card because I only capture a few times per month. please recommend me a good card for less than 100$$

I use a Win TV go and its great. I've used a few from this range http://www.hauppauge.com/

I personally use the cheapest one and get very good results. Note - its only mono and wont take S-Video, but I don't need that so hey, who cares.

I can capture at full PAL resolution 768x576 with no droppedframes using MJPEG at quality 18 on my 700 mhz machine.

I have a Radeon 64mb DDR ViVo and I'm thinking of going 8500, but there's 2 considerations. The 128mb 8500 EXP has ViVo (made by ultra I think? I found out about it at www.rage3d.com), and the successor to the 8500 will be out around chritmas or so. I think I'm just going to wait, but I drool at that 8500 EXP every time I see it. Of course All-in-Wonder Radeon 8500 is always available. The 64mb isn't a gamer card, but the 128mb is pretty decent.

He's already going to get an 8500, he wanted a capture card to go with it for less then $100. He can certainly add the $100 he was going to spend to the 8500 price and get a better 8500.

And for the record, the lowest price on pricewatch.com for an 8500 is $102.

Isn't the UK VAT at only 10%???

In Denmark it's 25% VAT on everything we buy!!!

But that's not our main problem. Its the fact that consumer electronics in the UK is controlled by only 3 companies. Dixons stores group (who own PC world too), Commet and Argos. They have a huge majority of CE business in the UK. Prices are kept high because of this.

Much like the supermarkets do...

Anyhow thats another issue.
