Has any one come across this before?
DivX avi's cause a mates PC to freeze when being loaded up, around the same time as he installed quicktime 5. Apparantly QT associated avi with itself, but he re-associated them back with Windows Media Player.
Despite uninstalling QT, and re-installing the DivX 4.12 codec, it still crashes his PC.
He's using Win XP Pro, if thats of any use.
