help creating video in video scene selection menu

i wanna make a video in video (picture in picture) menu. with moving background and moving chapter selections. what programs are best to do this with i have tried in premiere and video studio but couldnt work it out. im new to video editing. anyone have a guide on this?? or can this be easily done using dvd authoring software? i appreciate any help anyone can give me. thanks in advance...

what you want to do is pretty complex

the best program to use is Adobe After Effects

This is easily achieved in Premiere, but the result is not as good as if you use After Effects. Myself and another Flexion forum member did mini tuts on this a few months ago, before Flexion's demise. I began a tut on this some weeks ago, but put it on hold because of work and because I have been waiting for a new PC before getting back into the scene. Within the next month I hope to be up and running, and intend to finish the tut where I left off. In the meantime, however, I will try to write you a brief one. Give me a day and I'll repost.
